In hindsight, (to me at least #3) the October and January...

Seems clear (to me at least) these are two separate orders totaling $680k.

    $380k for 2nd/3rd 5EYE deployments.

$300k for the EU Defence Force (EUDF) customer Telemedicine deployment. There are no EUDF member countries in 5EYES. The announcement specifically states they are two separate orders.

The successful Japanese Self Defence Force (JSDF) trial sounds promising.

Of note (to me at least) that all these deployment orders will be furnished with the new Nodestream Enterprise™ and AVRLive™ Cloud platforms. Presume this means the pilot testing with selected customers for both Cloud Platforms has been successful and we're due an announcement on official launch.

Were these customers part of the pilot testing program?

Given this early success, does this also mean we can expect Fugro to sign up?

November update said: Fugro Australia will be the first customer to test AVRLive™ Cloud in a real-world operational environment. The pilot test period will be completed circa end of January 2024 ahead of the production release to market.

In hindsight, (to me at least #3) the October and January Updates make interesting reading.

Jan Update: Following customer-required developments and improvements to robotic and software architecture, and based on discussions to date, two new orders to Harvest’s significant Five-Eyes defence customer are anticipated to be delivered in January 2024.

The customer is using the technology for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance applications. Additionally, Harvest’s technology has been put forward as the preferred solution for another tender for the same customer.

    NB October Update:
In response to a request for proposal in May, Harvest made a bid to a significant Five-Eyes defence customer for the delivery of 300 units for an ISR2 project.

Harvest is now in negotiations for an initial delivery of 60 systems with continuing orders over the next 6 months for an estimated total of 300 systems. Is this the preferred solution put forward in the above-mentioned tender?
ISR2 was developed as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance information gathering program. It has since been expanded to include Target Acquisition - ISTAR.

Doesn't take much to appreciate how important rapid, secure, encrypted data/video uploading/downloading would be in a battlefield situation.

"ISTAR stands for intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition, and reconnaissance. In its macroscopic sense, ISTAR is a practice that links several battlefield functions together to assist a combat force in employing its sensors and managing the information they gather."

    Nov Update:
Phase 2 telemedicine operational trials have been successfully completed for our European Union Defence Force customer (EUDF). The order for remote kits for its fleet of naval vessels is expected to be delivered in January and February 2024. Once deployed, Harvest will continue working with our partner on the Phase 3 implementation scope which will involve rollout on up to 300 land, sea, and air assets by end 2026.

The EUDF require an air-gapped network for secure operational management, and with NSE and the hybridised Nodestream™/RiS™ technology stack now in production release the Company can facilitate the required capability.
QUE: How many kits/revenue per asset?
