    Hey phil. To get that "cash in the bank" one has to sell. When you are still up 1,248%, much off that "cash" goes to Jim Chalmers!! Lose/lose. OPPORTUNITY!!!! Lemonade in waiting.
    I can see the grin on that cagey DD's face when he comes out down the track, announcing that, by demand from desperate offtakers, the Kachi project is way ahead of schedule!!
    I can see a Form 604 coming on. Very relieved lenders.
