Agreed. Publications, conference presentations, posters etc etc is doing science stuff - the day-to-day business activity of any (and hopefully every) biotech. These things are meaningful milestones, delivered within a much wider universe of milestones that substantiate value in clinical assets.
These activities don't move the sp. needle, because day-to-day activities shouldn't.
