My view is it's because the ceo did a no need cap raise and it's given the chance to a while lot of people to make profit who neither care for or even understand the potential. So why would dedicated holders step up to buy them off these "traders" when the ceo gave them the cheap shares for no real reason.
once they are gone then yes, it should rerate on expectation of a potential hit. Risk reward looks great. But your ceo is not.
