Sometimes I miss details. That has happened before. This doesn't seem to be one of those times though.
I think what you are wanting me to see is - " Final start up activities underway in concert with CRO IQVIA" (CRO - I take as contract research organization)
It seems to me that you have extrapolated, (rather than that Cynata have actually said) from that piece of information, that CRO IQVIA will also be effectively managing the Australian aspects of the trial along with them managing the rest of the world as well.
On the basis of what you show here and what I've read elsewhere I am not willing to assume as you seemed to have done that CYP won't split (for the purposes of costs) the trial into an inside the US component (handled by CRO IQVIA) and an outside the US-component. I think to save money CYP might try to delegate only the US aspects of the trial to the CRO.
