What Paul said was that they were going to the FDA in January to ask, basically, what more do we need to do/do you want from us, to make a call on this? It looks like their response was, "Give us more of that historical data you've accumulated, clinical and non-clinical." Looks to me like they want the additional data to add weight to their decision. It's good data, so can't see them wanting to use it to give us a NO.
