If the screenshot approach doesn't work, an alternate may be to 'print' only the selected pages to a new pdf.
- Open the PDF file (for example, in Microsoft Edge, or Adobe Reader).
- Then, you can go to File > Print, then select the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer.
- Identify the pages you would like to split from the original PDF, enter this in the Page Range you would like to print, and then press Print.
- You can then choose the location on where to save the new PDF with just the selected pages.
Once you have the new PDF you can post it here using insert file (right next to the landscape icon friendsandco described)
