In my opinion, this company ill live on. rebranded, most likely with a consolidated capital structure as well. the fine print here - CPS Securities mandate is the bit I look at. I agree $300,000 is a paltry amount but that's a reflection of the value the market places in the story the BoD are presenting to them.

The CPS Mandate raises CPS finding an asset to put into the vehicle. This is a shell and Jason at CPS will find an asset and it will go forward. You can do your own research into who benefits in these situations and I will refrain from comment.
