It was pure speculation from my side, I also don't claim this to be true in the post It it just something I wouldn't be surprised about because of the country risk and high corruption levels there. It is also weird it comes out after they sign up with a huge mining conglomerate. Anyways, most likely once the mine is up and running in a couple of years this piece of land will probably be bought by TYX making the owner very happy.
