So this actually went really fast! Good work by the team. Also a sign that the government is supportive. Bureaucracy/corruption is always around the corner in African countries, just look at what's happening the DCR.. Country risk is definitely a factor in Angola too, so even though it shouldn't be a huge hurdle, getting this License Transfer done so quick is very good.
