    re: Ann: Tyrian signs Distribution Agreement ... No time frames, Bayer Settlement was in the final stages a month ago but Jenny said Bayer was pretty slow making sure all the T's were crossed and I's dotted.

    Probably a good time for someone else to call Jenny and get a feel for where everything is at, someone else may have more luck in questioning.
