The first priority listed is:
"Achieve a gender balance of 40/40/20 representing 40% of
our workforce made up of women, 40% of men and 20% nonbinary"
Is that a realistic reflection of the ratio in the general population?
Ask any non-binary person and I'm sure they'll confirm they don't feel like they make up one in 5 of the population.
If Tyro can't get demographics accurately, I worry about the quality of their decision making.
Might be time to re-think my former conviction on this stock.
