At $1.49 with takeover offers brewing this is an interesting play - Tyro management stated that they don't think the SP reflects an accurate valuation of the company as things have gone towards FCF. I'd say that's not the reason for the low share price. They've had a run of bad news followed by BNPL and tech sector market weakness, and market not liking the revenue share deal with Bendigo. Taking the risk of buying in anticipation of a serious takeover bid arriving could be an interesting little game, though. Not sure yet which way to play it but I doubt Tyro management are letting it go to a lowball offer.
Could fizzle out to nothing I suppose if the Tyro price is too high.
