Acquisition Premium = ($2-$0.86)/$0.86 is a 132% increase on current price
2.
Offer of $2.50
Current price $0.86
Acquisition Premium = ($2.50-$0.86)/$0.86 is a 191% increase on current price
I fail to see how one can assume that an entity would pay anything remotely near these premiums.
