1. Market has so many forces - large shorts, alogs, prop trading, fundies - may be lots of games. The key thing to looks is Price action may be? We will know tomorrow if some forces start buying in large parcel tomorrow morning.

The FACT is there is a party out there who is willing to pay $1.60 for something which you and I can buy at $1.20 today in market.
They can buy like us from market but not without moving the price higher (because they want all the shares out there) hence they have to talk to board of the company to get takeover.
