I find it difficult to see why Potentia would pay a premium on this - they already have investment in Linkly and there would be some clear duplication here given the Tyro product effectively bypasses the Linkly flagship product (Old PC Eftpos). All Tyro hardware is dated and in need of a refresh so some additional capital invested by required for any perspective buyer. To get to the $4 magic number people are referring to I’d suggest that Tyro will need a couple more tricks in their kit-bag as have been relatively stagnant since buying Bendigo Banks book of merchants.
