Count yourself lucky because market at one point said this was worth 60c not long ago. So that's a 200% increase in 6 months. Only needs to look at NASDAQ to see the tech valuation is surging back, and Potentia will need to make a very decent offer or else in a few months they will never get the chance again.
The board has been astute in rejecting previous offers and I applaud them for that.
