Well they provided for ~9m and if there is no "additional cost or expenses to Tyro" seems to suggest that the 9m provision was sufficient to cover costs related to remediation of the outage (perhaps even the legal fees as I don't see a separate line in the pnl for that).
It seems they got off relatively lightly, but then again also hard for small businesses to spend too much time fighting/chasing this given everything else on their plates, so I suspect as others have noted that the class action lawyers on the other side picked up a decent share of this.......just a price for doing business these days I guess
