surprised that Cannon-Brookes was happy to take the offer at $1.27......I would have thought with a 12.5% shareholding he would have been happy to join the consortium rather than sell his shares
anyway, should get some relief on the share price and perhaps put a bit of a floor there, but opportunistic bid
