Before takeover announcement stock was trading $1.08-$1.23 in early September 22. Now the company is significantly larger, better technology and more progressed with decreasing losses and becoming profitable as we speak compared to September 22. The fall to $0.95 cents is not due to fundamentals but fools dumping because the complications around takeover in regards to this type of company setup TYR is as per articles. Severely oversold technically as well
