I do understand that this stock is undervalued, but I got a trauma of the share gone down to $.65. Plus, the business fundamental seems to be a bit shaky as the retail environment is getting tough and expected to be tougher. Also, I am not sure how well the company is prepared to survive through the tough environment with a quite low current ratio. Do they even have sufficient cash to continue to fund their business without CR when they are faced with a much tougher operating environment?
For this reason, I am taking a wait and see approach at the moment.
