Population is exploding and hence there will always be growth and people are still spending have you seen the shops and including property? When everyone is calling recession it isn’t. Happens when lease expected and even if there is a recession the reserve bank will cut rates and the markets will run again
Unless there is a nuclear attack somewhere in Australia the world continues to grow in population and people spending more
