I don't know about negative cashflow...but from an operational perspective need to also include things like movements in working capital and capex, and from a capital perspective interest, tax, and debt amortisation.
Tyro's cashflows are woeful relative to its EBITDA - just compare how it lines up to Smartpay. No comparison. Just look at the EBIT or NPAT to EBITDA ratios.
