This one has me perplexed. They get a takeover offer at $1.60 which is withdrawn. Then they announce multiple upgrades and yet the price keeps falling (until recently).
I understand the issue with the banking licence but to me this seems a no brainer and I’d imagine news will soon be released which will make $1 an absolute steal
