Who cares. The price has fallen 60% so it doesn't matter anymore about lowball offers. Put it in the drawer and come back 6 months later and we will see where it is.
Watching it every day won't bring back the price. They knocked back the offer for a reason, they believe they can meet and exceed market guidance going forward.
