I glad to see some common sense here finally. Some dont understand that the performance be it good bad or indifferent will have no bearing on the Pybar trial as they are different contract and the result will ONLY be determined by what is written in that contract and compliance to it. An appeal would be unlikely and costly as any party appealing it would need to prove an error of law was made by judge/magistrate.
Though clearly up for dispute my take is that this needed to go in dispute for WPG to survive.
The loan from Bynecut is a really intetesting and unusual for a contractor to provide such a loan. Were they owed an amount out of that 20 million I wonder and whilst Bynecut having some confidence with WPG was a promise of priority of payment above other contractors made. Pure speculation of course.
