This is massive.....
firstly on the validation of the product and province.
If you have ever come across Sino, they do not waste money and they know what they are doing...
And secondly, takes away any Cap Raising risk in the mid term.....at this end of the market (even the bigger developers - see Vulcan this AM??) they constant dilutions usually provides a wave of selling into news flow....so this removes that barrier.....
