    re: Ann: U&D Waives Condition for Certain PRC... Shareholders voted a month or so ago and approved it. Apparently court hearing is tomorrow which I think is just a rubber stamp but not entirely sure. The Board must be feeling relieved. A very poor outcome indeed from them.
