I agree that only a small fraction, if any, of the VA deal is priced in. It will be company changing announcement and be a solid foundation for 4dx to find its footing in the wider market. 4dx is wildly mispriced but I've also thought a deal has been imminent for 18 months. Maybe the big money is waiting on the side until its announced then will jump in.
