Different strokes for different folks - If he/she made decent returns, then it's fine?
Capital might be allocated elsewhere, might need the money etc.
No one knows if its going up another 200%, and we've seen this company rip 100% then drop 50%, its not even a bad strategy to play it like that and realise the gains periodically.
Each to their own, and I don't think its conducive to the forum to be ripping on people's investment decision - hold your own conviction, and enjoy the fruits of your labour how you deem fit.
