Haha, yes, agree the whole USA reimbursement system is completely confusing, more onerous than necessary, and has too many steps to complete. I should have said relatively good high level summary.

As Geraldine said at that time of her appointment, just 7 weeks before the US Medicare payment decision, she has seen "many companies fail because they were unable to engage with the complex systems of payment" - I believe the Medicare decision two weeks ago means we will avoid that dire future, and instead it sets us up for success.
