This is good news, especially seeing build the build completed in 1 day with 3 operators and that the 9th build is starting this week !!
Was surprised the 8th build was being for Christopher Alan Homes (as well as the 7th). As the plan had been to construct 5+2 for Century & Christopher Alan homes (ie. 7 builds).
I'm wondering if Christopher Alan Homes were potentially pushing an extra build to determine if Hadrian X could delivery on the promise of a build in a day as part of assessing their interest (or maybe CRH have requested for same reason & said lets do with existing satisfied builder).
Prior video's have seen additional staff on site and the comments they were training at the same time. This will certainly slow down the build. Potentially the prior builds were also "dotting the i's and crossing the t's" to ensure no issues with compliance. Building in a day might not have been the top priority in first few builds.
Anyway this is great news, build 9 occurring this week. Will be interesting to see if this is the last or if there is one more required by Pulte.
