Just had a coffee at the other commercial centre built by FBR and had good talk to tenants ,walked around had a really good look around not one crack to exterior or interior, only shrinkage between curb and wall ! The Vertical block joins back then approx 2-3 years ago when this centre was built was between 5-7 mm wide as opposed to today at 3mm , remember all the bull with the Trolls hammering uneven block laying ? I was on site when this was getting built it was all glancing light . THERE IS NOT ONE CRACK TO BE SEEN TO THE EXTERIOR OR INTERIOR! The walls to exterior are flat and plumb as any first class build , all corners sharp as a knife I cannot fault anything in this build . Interior ceilings are done with P50 shadow line , has no shrinkage or cracking !! Top notch build. I thought I would do a quick run around and see for myself how these builds have faired after a few years before I invest more, I’m so far very pleased with what I have seen ! I’ve seen plenty of homes in my time with plenty of cracking interiors and exteriors , anyone living in Perth I recommend you come see for yourselves at the quality of these builds . NOT ONE CRACK ! Top quality build .
