Walked around build , no cracks visible externally or internally, spoke to some brick pavers , cabinet installers, no negative feedback apart from “not enough pay”lol . The internal finish is of a high standard , most of the build has external cladding. Parts of the build has had the out skin blocks layed by bricklayers as you can see per pic the internal walls are layed by HX . I will note a very important and cost saving to the builder by dry lining all interior walls with plaster board the builder save hundreds of thousands of dollars depending on size of the construction company and amount of homes they turn over on returns trips for maintenance to cornice cracking and cornice crazing underneath cornice line . At 6 months maintenance period 99% have these cornice crazing and cracks due to movement on hard wall plaster, by dry lining this eliminates those problems 99% of the time . The procedure to fix this is : send out arrange appointment with clients send out Youngdawg , cover all floors , furniture etc , dig out all crazed hard wall plaster crazing , base coats over , top over , return to sand , clean up , make another appointment with client , send out painter to cover floors , furniture and paint walls and cornices , clean up and hope it doesn’t happen again , 90% of the time it reoccurs and process is repeated until out of warranty period .
