They have themselves. This whole CR was to fill their short position built over decades borrowed from promoters. In order to line up funds for the consecutive CR's. Always short. This CR, as unlikely there will be any more CR, not at these levels. They are taking the lot. They may still be left with big hole. At least as all retail would wish. Hope they will have to buy up on market to fill the big hole they would have created to feed the retail, hold the price down. Game over from here on.
