I would say that they are as the risk falls on them . Builders always get freebies to try out new products and this definitely fit that category. Remember CRH will be the supplier who will warrant all structural builds , Builders Can and do take companies to court over defects as the onus also falls onto the contractor and CRH fall into this category. CRH basically fall into the same category as today’s Bricklaying company that builds structures only . NFA DYOR .
