In the original photos he posted, the rail of the fence was cleverly placed so that the top of the front wall (which was built by brickies with mortar) coincided with the line of the blocks in the wall behind (built by hadrian without mortar), making the two walls appear as one, making it it seem like the lower courses have mortar but the upper ones don't. One could forgive someone for making that mistake, bit not that troll because:
1: there are two photos (which he said he took) both with that clever positioning of the fence rail- no way that can be a coincidence
2: he said he watched the walls go up
It is easy to check - I invite Bilo to go there and measure the height of 3 courses - is it 3*(190+10) or 3*190?
So deliberately lying.
