Seems to me as if they are saying they can supply now (Wilmington?) but may be able to supply larger quantities down the track (PLEF?) this is all dependent on Silex and Cameco coming to the party now.
It would to my way thinking, that the commercial test pilot is now working? what is the efficiency No?
We may get to hear something on this front soon?
