If I had to have a wild guess, I'd say that we will hear Monday or Tuesday on the Rfp for haleu. I don't think starting on haleu is a good fit for gle. Lower risk would be to start on a tails plant as it's smaller capital risk. Higher profit would be to get a Leu plant up as quickly as possible if we get some funding help and assurance that Russian imported fuel wont be dumped on the Us market. Saturday we should know if there is $2.7 billion available for Leu. With even a small amount of luck the senate will vote it in . There is also $100 mill seperately in the haleu deal that Silex mentioned in this thread for new fuel technology. I'm guessing that is where Gle's interest is on haleu. With the Russian nuclear fuel ban bill passed by the house already, there is some speculation out there that the senate will also vote on that as soon as the appropriations are done(it should romp in once the $2.7 bill is certain). Put that with the news from silex last fortnight that the nrc was due to look at the test loop for feed readiness around late Feburary and I think we have more than enough goings on for Silex to bring us up to date with an announcement.
