Wonder if this news bodes well for the qui tam case? My vast amount of legal knowledge (stemming from watching a few movies and TV shows) - would suggest to me that the DOJ would have heard the whistleblower's testimony prior to deciding that they have better things to worry about.

If anybody can see I am way off the mark - please let me know.
