Your average Joe does not have the financial capacity to build walls like this. Your average groups of Joes - possibly, but given the market participants are typically swamped with hedge funds/instos with deep pockets, those in suits would be my guess.
Not sure why they would want to sell that much volume now unless "they" are trying to keep the price down or scare paper hands before they let it RIP!!!!!
