Two things need to happen.

1 - continued news flow. The company has turned round, the new strategy is sound, and the market need and, more importantly, the reimbursement codes to pay for it are finally there. The new CEO, who I have spoken to, is impressive. So I am confident that news flow will build.

2. Effective communication with the retail aftermarket. The big VC Bioscience Managers, trade partner Trudell and instos like Fidelity, Regal and Viburnum, have always supported ADR in the capital markets. But ADR has been hopeless at generating retail support in the aftermarket to get the shares to the next level. Rick Legleiter will hopefully change that - don't be scared to call him either!

These shares could as easily be 5c as 2.5c.
