    Following on-market purchases at 92.5c, UAC now holds 19.9%, enough to block Iberdola's full takeover. Its average cost would be a lot lower.

    Iberdola will have to raise its bid or accept less than 100% of IFN. Which direction will it take?

    We shall see.
