riiiight... so if they get to 50%, the will take control... if they get to 75%, they will delist... unless they can satisfy conditions to do so earlier than 75%... with proportionate board control to holding...
makes TCI's 1 board member for 30% seem a bit underpowered - and UAC's self rightousness even more pronounced.
