"TAKE NO ACTION" = don't sell at $0.80 OR buy at $0.79 thinking this offer is a lock. IFN might get an Independent Evaluation which comes back at $0.25 or $1.10, invalidating both market responses. IMO, this statement should have been provided to market pre-open.
I-J look standard to me. The offer is made on Infigen's existing state and UAC would require IFN to consider without materially changing the company position.
