Technically this company is in quicksand - the very low liquidity means that any bad news will devastate an already anaemic SP.
The current very bearish sentiment for small 'gunna' companies means that only retail punters are buying the likes of UBI.
Although UBI has some interesting technology, is it unique enough for a bigger company to buy it let alone pay a premium ??

The largest volume days have been associated with a significant SP retraction, and last December touched 17c - presumably the buyers were retail bargain hunters ?? Unless really good news appears before June, UBI will make a new 5yr low ??
The market depth is appalling, with very low bids, till 18c and then there's an offer for mere 166,000 (3 bidders) why on the sell there's little interest till 22c, where there's a parcel of 269,000 (4 sellers) on offer. A patient bidder could accumulate a large holding below 20c IMHO

UBI is another classic example of how to trade (as opposed to investing on supposed fundamentals).
Congratulations to this who bough the breakout above 20c, and then sold at 60c, 70c, or 80c .... fantastic 12 month return, and commiserations to those who drank the Kool Aid and are still holding till the company "pays dividends" or gets "acquired".
Bullish analyst reports should be printed on soft paper ( "thats kind to the buttocks") so it can be responsibly disposed .....
