The staff is not an issue for me at the moment... it is mainly trying to increase growth.. hence receipts.. They have had the same type of spend for staff for the previous 6 months befor ethis.... if they can grow the receipts by approximately 15% quarter on quarter and maintain staff, this will be a cashflow cow... in addition they could hold back spending on advertising if they really wanted to .. but with like 35mil in the bank... lets chase growth and ensure we are the biggest and best and prevent any competition from wanting to enter
