    I am sure that Mark Ryan has done the sums and the prawns can be sold profitably.

    What surprised me at the supermarket was seeing De Costi prawns on sale, a product of Vietnam. That indicates that the TGR is selling more prawns than they produce at the moment.

    I look forward to TGR bringing tiger prawns to the masses as they have done with salmon.
