    re: Ann: UCL:1.Takeover bid for Minemakers 2.... This is the first offer in the deal. As time progresses, they will sweeten the pot to achieve the deal. My tip would be 5 cents cash plus 1 UCL share for 1.2 MAK in 30 days time. This is going to take a while to sort out...
