re: Ann: UCL:1.Takeover bid for Minemakers 2.... Will be a very good test of NMDC, LCY holders have been showing some frustration with them recently.
For MAK shareholders it is a clear way to change the board without having to run a spill. I expect the bord to come out hard as they must know how vulnerable they are. MAK's top 20 is only about 20% of the company and they re mostly associates of AD, Ellyard etc. They don't habe a clear strong support base.
